厂家对冷凝器的控温如何做到最好

冷凝器一般都有搅拌器,保证冷凝器内温度均匀。冷凝器温度控制分升温和降温两种(视内部是放热反应还是吸热),升温采用蒸汽、熔盐或者其他加热介质,降温一般是冷却水或者其他介质,不论加热或者降温都是采取加热或者冷却介质流量控制,手动开关阀门,或者用自动控制采用温度显示信号通过控制器控制加热、冷却介质的调节阀调节流量来控制。自控冷凝器的控制法则如下:

1.开机操作速度不能太快

在冷凝器使用过程中,往往很多时候操作者会操之过急,在机械刚刚运作的时候,会把机械转动开到最大值,其实采用这种做法往往会适得其反,机械在处于停机状态下,而突然加大搅拌叶轮进行物料反应,这样会造成机体运行负担,基于这种情况下,冷凝器搅拌器很容易会发生反转,如果在当时并没有发生机体反转的话,会导致搅拌器变形。而且除了变形之外,同时还会导致机体温度快速上升,而破坏机械性能。
