在对冷凝器进行融霜之前,先要在盐水加热器中的盐水加热到一定温度,一般都是利用水蒸气或者是电阻丝进行加热。接着将融霜的盐水盘管的低温盐水进出口阀关闭,为冷凝器的融霜做好准备。

Before defrosting the condenser, the brine in the brine heater should be heated to a certain temperature, usually by steam or resistance wire. Then the low-temperature saltwater inlet and outlet valve of the defrosting saltwater coil is closed to prepare for defrosting of the condenser.

在正式进入融霜阶段之后,开启盐水盘管的融霜热盐水和热盐水融霜排回阀,并起动热盐水循环泵进行热盐水融霜。一旦发现盐水盘管外的霜层融化后,就可以关闭融霜热盐水阀;然后等到盐水盘管内热盐水被热盐水循环泵抽完后,就可以停止泵的工作,并关闭热盐水融霜排回阀。

到这里为止还没有结束,还需要打开低温盐水出口阀,并起动低温盐水循环泵;再打开低温盐水进口阀,恢复冷凝器的正常工作。

3、冷凝器生产厂家提醒热盐水融霜过程中的注意事项

首先是关于盐水的加热温度,应该控制在20℃左右,不能过高,否则会导致冷凝器融霜后温度升高。针对有吹风冷却系统的冷凝器,在融霜时必须关闭风机;为了是融霜后的冰水能够顺利排走,可以在盐水盘管下面设置盛水盘。

First of all, the heating temperature of brine should be controlled at about 20 C. It should not be too high. Otherwise, it will cause the temperature of condenser to rise after defrosting. For the condenser with blowing cooling system, the fan must be closed when defrosting; in order to smooth drainage of ice water after defrosting, a water holding plate can be set under the saltwater coil.
